Founder & Sales Director
Chetan is the founder and CEO of Jay Gems. With over 35 years of experience, he leads the business with vision and passion. He personally oversees all loose diamond sales, building strong global relationships and ensuring clients receive only the finest stones.
Kshitij manages all gemstone and jewelry sourcing for Jay Gems. He’s responsible for selecting the best materials and ensuring every piece meets our high standards for craftsmanship, quality, and ethical sourcing.
Anmol looks after Jay Gems’ private clients, offering personalized service and custom jewelry solutions. He also oversees daily operations at the factory, ensuring every creation is produced with care, precision, and attention to detail.
